Kelly Michelle Stables grew up in St. Louis St. Louis, Missouri. She was a member of The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia granted her an undergraduate degree in Theater and Communications. After moving from Missouri to Los Angeles she quickly got involved in theatre arts, acting and choreographing in over 2 dozen musicals and plays such as The Little Foxes Brady Bunch: The Musical Peter Pan at the Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera and 7 title roles in LA's award winning Storybook Theatre. Kelly began to land the roles for films and TV as she studied improvisation with The Groundlings. The combination of her unique voice, and small size enabled Kelly to come up with many different characters. She was known to the general public for playing the character of the villainous Samara as Naomi Watts, in The Ring 2. However her most well-known role is as the bright and cheery receptionist in Two and a Half Men. Kelly was an TV Land series regular between 2011 and 2015, appearing as an attorney in the daytime and a party girl at night. In addition she appeared as a Regular for the sitcom ABC Romantically Challenged where she was the charming sassy younger sibling to Alyssa Miano. The show also featured her as the suburban mother who is over-stressed in CW No Tomorrow. She sang in soprano for several cartoons such as Tom & Jerry, Sofia the First and Doc McStuffins. The most recent time she was seen in NBC's smash comedy Superstore as the dim, however adorable Cloud 9 worker. She has a private life that is quite quiet, having two kids who are younger than 5 years old. She enjoys sewing and write and volunteers at various school events.
